With the introduction of the new curriculum for Basic 7 or JHS1, teachers and schools need to draft timetables that reflect the various SUBJECTS and PERIODS required for each week.
The timetable provided by Prof Duker covers the following subjects and periods:
Science, Mathematics and English Language have four periods per week.
Ghanaian Language, CAD, French, Social studies, Religious and Moral Education, Computing, and Physical Education have three periods whiles SBA has 2 periods.
Each period is a 50 minutes lesson. The timetable is based on the contact hours structure provided for Junior High Schools by the Ghana Education Service (GES) after the training for JHS teachers on the new curriculum.

Is week 5 lesson plan out. If yes can someone help me with it
No, week five lesson plans for Basic 7 IS NOT OUT. If you teach in a private school which started the term earlier than public schools, you would have to wirte the lesson plans all by yourself.
