The University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for appointment as

 

MEDICAL OFFICER: Job Vacancy for Medical Officers and Nursing Officers (UPSA)

The candidate must have:
i. Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS/ MBChB) from a reputable
accredited university.
ii. Post permanent registration with Ghana Medical & Dental Council. iii. Show
proof of continuous professional development & training.
iv. Have a good interpersonal and communication skills.

4. PHARMACIST

The candidate must have:
i. At least Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm.) from a reputable and accredited university.
ii. Post permanent registration with the Ghana Pharmacy Council.

iii. Show proof of continuous professional development & training.
iv. Have a good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
The candidate must have:
i. At least Higher National Diploma (Pharmacy Technician) from a reputable and accredited institution.
ii. Show proof of continuous professional development & training. iii. Have a good
interpersonal and communication skills.

6. NURSING OFFICER/ MIDWIFERY OFFICER

The candidate must:
i. Be a Registered General Nurse/Midwife as applicable.
ii. Have a minimum or first degree in Nursing OR Midwifery as applicable. iii.
Have relevant academic or professional qualification in the respective area. iv.
Show proof of continuous professional development & training.
v. Have a good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Special consideration will be given to Mental Health Nursing Officers.

Interested applicants should download the Application Form from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) website.

Completed application forms together with detailed resumes and photocopies of relevant certificates and names of three referees who are conversant with the applicant’s academic/professional competence should be addressed to:

And uploaded on to applications@upsamail.edu.gh with the position being applied for as the

received by the University.
