Mon-Tran Limited is seeking to recruit Security Guards

General Eligibility

Applicant must be

• a Ghanaian citizen by birth with a good character
• Medically fit by all standards
• Not be bonded
• Of a minimum height of 1.64m (5.4 ft) for males and 1.57m (5.2?) for females.
• Detailed-oriented and possess keen observation skills
• Have a good verbal and written communications skills
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills”

Qualification Required & Experience

• SSCE/WASSCE Certificate or equivalent
• Be not less than 20 years of age and not more than 45 years.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in related field.

Key Responsibilities

• patrol designated property to monitor and prevent intrusion, damage, hazards and breaches of security and respond to alarms and requests for help
• protect property and tenants from theft, damage or trespassing
• provide a visible presence that enforces safety and security
• Identify and investigate suspicious behaviour, threats and irregular activity
• monitor and control entrance and departure of employees and visitors, according to prescribed protocol and check property through electronic monitoring systems
• detect and confront unauthorized persons and violators of security procedures
