Key Responsibilities
This role involves delivering high-quality English Language instruction to students in the Junior High School (Basic 7–9) bracket while serving as a strategic consultant for examination preparation. The position focuses on improving student literacy, grammar, and creative writing skills specifically tailored to meet West African examination standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Instructional Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging English Language lessons that align with the current Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum for Basic 7–9.
Assessment Management: Develop, administer, and mark monthly mock examinations to track student progress and readiness.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or English Language; an advanced degree (e.g., MPhil in Leadership or similar) is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in the Ghanaian teaching sector, with a proven track record of successful exam outcomes.
