2024 BECE Home Mocks – First update and registration

The 2024 BECE Home Mocks will be the first set of mocks administered to the first batch of Junior High School learners under the new curriculum.

The mocks will be conducted by the Ghana Education News (Education-Nees Consult) through its innovative GEN MOCK and will be used to assess the learners’ preparedness for the BECE.

The 2023/2024 BECE Home Mock will see the addition of two new subjects introduced by the Ghana Education Service.

These two new subjects are Career Technology and Creative Arts & Design.

The Subjects to be administered in the 2023/2024 BECE Home Mock for homes and schools are as follows:

How to register for the 2023/2024 BECE Home Mock

Parents whose wards will be in JHS 3 by October 2023 for the 2024 BECE can register their wards for the 2024 BECE year mocks. Not less than 5 and not more than 8 Mock based on our projected topics for 2024 BEC covering the above-mentioned 7 subjects will be administered. The registration fee is a one-time payment and costs GHS75.00.

Pay the registration fee via our online payment portal at Paystack.  Once you make a payment you will be redirected to us via WhatsApp for the completion of registration.

Phase 1 and 2 of 2024 Home Mocks

The 2023/2024 Edition of the Home Mock will be the 3rd since it was started nationwide in 2022. Our BECE Home MOCKs which are designed for parents to use to test candidates at home are also accessed by schools, churches, and other stakeholders due to the quality and predictability of BECE examination questions and topics.

Registration for the 2024 BECE Home Mocks will start on October 1, 2023. The mocks will be conducted in two phases: the first phase will be from October 2023 to January 2024, and the second phase will be from February  2024 to June 2024.

The 2024 BECE Home Mocks are a valuable opportunity for learners to assess their strengths and weaknesses in preparation for the BECE. By taking the mocks, learners can identify the areas where they need to improve and can start working on those areas early.

Features of the GEN MOCK by Education News Consult

• Questions administered to candidates are based on our Internally Projected Topics for each subject
• The examination is taken by candidates in their respective homes (Each home or school is an exam hall)
• Students cannot register themselves (Only parents, teachers, schools and guardians can register a candidate)
