32.05% Of The 2022 WASSCE Candidates Failed the English
The 2022 WASSCE results have finally been released. And the statistics available reveal that the students performed comparatively well.
One of the Core Subjects that is a pre-requisite for admission into any university is English. Thus, students and all stakeholders pay much attention to this subject.
WAEC has officially revealed the number of students who failed and passed.
The grade range of failure in this article is D7 to F9. You may have a different perspective.
Out of the number of students who wrote the WASSCE, 48,495 students got D7, representing 11.59% of the candidates. 35,735 students got E8 representing 8.54% of the candidates. The number of students who got F9 is 49,873 representing, 11.92 % of the candidates. The results of 7.56% of the 2022 WASSCE Candidates who took Mathematics was not accounted for.
