Deadline For Registration Of The 2023 Teacher Licensure Examination (III)

The deadline for registration of the 2023 teacher licensure examination, has been revealed by the National Teaching Council (NTC).

For the third time in 2023, the National Teaching Council will organize the teacher licensure examination. The first examination was done on the old/traditional examination format. The second examination was the new teacher licensure examination format with new subjects and format.

The third edition, which will be written in November will also be an examination of the old/traditional format. This examination is solely for resitters. Candidates who couldn’t pass the traditional examination are to register for resit. Also fresh candidates can register but must first confirm if they are eligible to register before buying a voucher.

The deadline for registration is 31st October, 2023.

HOW TO PURCHASE A GTLE VOUCHER

You can purchase a GTLE (September 2023) voucher from any Prudential Bank branch nationwide or simply dial *772*51# to use mobile money. The voucher is currently working after receiving reports that it wasn’t working in the first two days.

 Registration Process

i. Fresh candidates are required to pay GHC 450.00 to register for the examination.

ii. Candidates who are re-sitting a paper are to pay GHC 150.00.

iii. Candidates who are re-sitting two (2) papers are to pay GHC 210.00. Candidates who are re-sitting all three (3) papers are to pay GHC 385.00.

iv. Payment can be made at any branch of Prudential Bank Ltd nationwide or mobile money payment can be made through the short code *772*51# across all networks.

v. Where payment is made at the bank, candidates must remember to take their Pin and Serial Number from the bank.

vi. Log on to exams.ntc.gov.gh

vii. Enter your e-voucher Serial number and Pin

viii. Fill in all the fields and remember to upload your passport-size photograph.
