Affectionately known as Lawyer John Kumah, he was revered among his constituents for his unwavering integrity and tireless dedication to uplifting the community of Ejisu in Ghana’s Ashanti Region. With a heart dedicated to fostering hope and opportunities, he left an indelible mark on both the young and old.

Prior to his entry into politics, Mr. Kumah served as the founding Managing Director of Majak Associates Ltd, a construction firm that spearheaded transformative projects across Ghana. His transition into law saw him establish the esteemed Aduaprokye Chambers, where he steered the firm as Managing Partner until assuming the role of CEO at the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) in 2017.

Under his leadership at NEIP, Mr. Kumah facilitated the training of 45,000 startups through the Presidential Business Support Programme, catalyzing a wave of job creation and economic empowerment for Ghana’s youth.
