A reputable training and management consultancy company with its headquarters in the US and branch in Ghana, is looking for the following candidates for employment: Assistant Consultancy Officer
Duties
• Develop technical and financial proposals
• Develop Expression of interest as well as tenders
• Prepare training manuals
• Research new project, courses, develop course contents
• Manage consultancy projects
• Develop consultancy and project reports
• Manage stakeholder communications
• Handle project monitoring and evaluate progress of projects
• Provide regular reports summarizing the outcomes
• Liaise with the IT department towards improving online adverts and updating website contents periodically
• Manage clients calls respond to email correspondences and appointments
• Design and prepare training calendar for all the various training programmes and schedule upcoming trainings
• Manage a knowledgeable data of clients, referrals and prospects
Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree/Master’s in English, Linguistics or any relevant field
