Job Vacancy For Cashier / Accounts Clerk
A reputable institution is seeking to recruit Cashier / Accounts Clerk
Duties
• Handles the banking duties of the Branch and company
• Maintains and updates the cash register on a daily basis
• Files all Pay-in-Slips
• Maintains a cheque register book for the branch
• Withdrawal of cash cheque on behalf of the company
• Monitor daily revenue centres target and collections and update the Accounts officer regularly
• Issues car park and washroom tickets to the respective Supervisor and receives all duplicates for audit purposes
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Branch Accounts Officer
Qualification Required & Experience
• DBS Accounting / RSA Stage III/ABCE
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Other Qualities and Requirements
• Must have knowledge of office and banking procedures
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be familiar with basic accounting / book keeping skills
• Must possess record-keeping skills
• Must be computer literate
• Good with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel & Word
