Job Vacancy For F&B Manager

A reputable 3-star hospitality institution seeks to employ the services of the following personnel: F&B Manager

Duties

• The person will be responsible for planning, controlling the ordering of food and beverages for the institution while effectively supervising the chef, kitchen staff and bar / beverage attendants
• The person will process customer complaints, plan alternative recipes for special dietary needs, track orders and shipments supplies for food and beverages
• He/She must also oversee the welcoming of customers by respective staff of the department

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have at least a degree in the related field. A professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Must have 3 years of post-qualification experience in the related field
