A reputable Rural Bank in the Eastern Region is seeking qualified personal to fill the following vacancy: Head of Human Resource

Role Summary

• Responsible for the human capital needs of the bank
• Responsible for the important decision about the human resource department
• Responsible for the bank’s talent management strategies, as well as ensuring labor relations.

Qualification Required & Experience

• 1St Degree in Human Resource Management or any related course
• 2nd Degree or professional qualification is Human Resource Management will be an advantage
• A minimum of 7 years experience in Human Resource Management with 3 years experience in senior position
