As part of activities to round off the year, the NCOPST will organize NCOPST (Private Teachers) Most Beautiful y Pageant as part of the end of year events. The NCOPST (Private Teachers) Most Beauty Pageant will be one of the many side attractions which form part of the council’s End of year party activities according to a communique from the leadership of the vibrant and proactive private school teachers union.
Below are some of the contesting teachers who will battle it out for the maiden edition of the beauty pageant.

END OF YEAR PARTY FOR ALL PRIVATE SCHOOL TEACHERS
We, first of all, thank almighty God for how far He has brought us as a council for all private school teachers in Ghana
Our second thanks go to all private school teachers who supported the council in terms of dues payment
Our third thanks go to all the private school teachers who could not register to pay dues to join the council officially but are on our WhatsApp and telegram platforms
To see ourselves and know each other, there is the need to organize GET-TOGETHER PARTY in this Christmas era. Due to this, the Executives have decided to organize for POOL PARTY for all these teachers
The purpose of the party or get together or pool party is to let members
A. Know the state of the council
B. Know Programmes run by the council
C. Know, see each other and make friends
D. Know the benefits and vision we have for private teachers
E. Know the available recruitment package with good terms and conditions
F. Know Miss NCOPST and Mr NCOPST and take photos with them
G. Know measures put in place for private school teachers to be placed on the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS)
H. Know the update of One Teacher, One Laptop Project for private teachers
I. Update on the affordable housing for private school teachers
J. Update on the partial scholarship for private teachers to further Education
K. Register for the Minister of Education UK employment for teachers
L. Ghana Best Private School Teacher
M. Etc
The executives have a high vision for private school teachers and we wish members commit and involve themselves in anything we do. The party is being organized to bring all the members together, have a sense of belonging to a group and afterwards involve themselves well financially and others to support the executives to fight for the welfare of the private school teaches
