NSA introduces new E-Gazette platform to resolve national service registration challenges
The National Service Authority (NSA), in collaboration with the Ghana Publishing Company, has launched a new digital platform to support the ongoing national service registration.
In a statement sighted by GhanaEducation.org, the Service Authority stated that the digital platform is designed to resolve challenges with registration due to name mismatches, incorrect dates of birth, or related biographical discrepancies.
The launch of a new e-Gazette platform by Ghana Publishing Company to digitise and streamline the gazette application process has made it significantly easier and faster for applicants to obtain the required legal documents needed to resolve their identity issues.
The new online platform:
- Allows NSP to apply for and receive gazettes electronically
- Eliminates the need for physical visits, manual submissions, or long processing queues,
- Provides convenient nationwide access from any location, using a computer or mobile device.
According to the NSA, national service personnel who require affidavits and gazettes, which are mandatory documents for correcting name discrepancies or date of birth errors on the NSA Support Platform, are encouraged to use the e-Gazette platform promptly to facilitate their registration.
The e-Gazette platform can be accessed via the links below:

All affected national service personnel are advised to initiate their corrections as soon as possible to avoid delays in their registration and deployment process.
“Management wishes to reiterate its commitment towards ensuring a smooth and transparent registration exercise for all personnel,” the National Service Authority said in the statement.
