Navigating the Student Dashboard & Assessments

After the initial signup, the journey to enrollment involves a few critical technical steps:

1. The Level Assessment

You must complete a short assessment covering Basic Maths, Logical Reasoning, and Basic Computing. This helps the system recommend the best course for your skill level.

Note: During our testing, we observed that some users found the system’s interface for correct answers to be highlighted in a specific blue section—pay close attention to the layout during your test.

2. Identity Verification (Ghana Card)

To ensure the integrity of the programme, you must verify your identity using your Ghana Card. This step requires a laptop camera for face verification. Once successful, your Ghana Card details will automatically populate your dashboard.

3. Course Selection

Once verified, navigate to the “Course Picker” to choose your path. You can select from:

  • In-person Cohorts: Tie your learning to a specific physical training center.
  • Online/Blended Learning: Flexible paths combining virtual and physical sessions.
  • Waitlist: If your preferred center is full, you can join a waitlist to be notified of openings.

Important Advice for Applicants

Before finalizing your selection, go to the Application Review section on your dashboard. Read through the enrollment path carefully. Once you choose a course, your selection may become “locked” while admissions are finalized, so ensure you pick the programme that best aligns with your career goals.
