Job Vacancy For Telemarketing Contact Center Operators

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Contact Center Operators that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and also follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must obtain either a DIPLOMA or DEGREE. Experience as a call center operator is a plus.

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Ability to meet deadline and respond quickly to queries.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Ability to work under pressure
