A business needs a reliable shop attendant for immediate employment. The successful applicant will be working in a fast-growing provision shop located around the Kingsby area, New Achimota, Accra.

• SHS graduate (female) who is not more than 25 years old.
• Honest and respectful
• Able to speak English. The ability to speak any local language will be an added advantage.
• Previous shop/provision store experience preferred
• Ready to start immediately this week
• computer literate and good with math.
• Entry of end-of-day sales in an Excel template each day after work. (It can be trained to do this.)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. She will handle the day-to-day sales and take stock 2 times a week. It’s a relatively slow business.
2. The person should have good customer relation skills and should be great with calculating the cost to be paid, assuming a large number of items are purchased at a go.
3. Guarantors would be needed.
4. The person is also expected to track expiries to ensure that the earliest expiring products are sold first.
5. We also sell credit, and the person would be taught to be able to do gig and ordinary mobile network transfers, such as with MTN, Tigo, and Telecel. (can be easily trained to do this)
6. The person is expected to have very good customer relations to drive sales.

WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS

1. Accommodation only provided
2. Working hours – 6:30 am to 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.
3. Good salary
