Fufu should not be eaten after 4 o’clock in the afternoon, according to Dr. Ibrahim Osman, a Doctor who specializes in the field of dietetics.
According to Dr. Osman, fufu requires a lot of time to digest, and as a result, it should be eaten earlier in the day before going to bed.
Dr. Osman suggested eating something light before going to bed, as he said in an interview with Daakyehene Ofosu Agyeman that aired on TV XYZ under the title “My Lawyer, My Counselor” for the show.
