The management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has restored its teachers’ recruitment portal (https://www.gespromotions.gov.gh) after experiencing some technical glitches.
This comes after the Ghana Education Service on September 3, 2024, invited qualified applicants to apply for teaching positions.
A total of 38,748 applications were received. Out of this number, 11,665 applicants met the minimum requirements per the advert. Management is thus recruiting these qualified applicants to fill critical teaching positions in batches.
As and when a batch is completed, the Ghana Education Service in a statement say qualified applicants will receive a text message and proceed to the platform to print their appointment letters.
“Applicants with queries and concerns are therefore encouraged to email their concerns to Management through hrsecretariat@ges.gov.gh,” GES said in the statement signed by its Head of Public Relations, Cassandra Twum-Ampofo
