Apostle Kwodwo Safo is my God- Osebo the Zaraman

How can someone say Apostle Kwodwo Safo is my God? Is this Biblical?
According to Exodus 20:3, the bible says” worship no other god but me”. God forbids anyone to call another person God and worship him or her. It is considered blasphemous should anyone make that bold statement. This is exactly what Mr Richard Brown, widely known as Osebo the Zaraman or simply Osebo said on The Big Interview, a TV show on Joy Prime, one of the Multimedia TV platforms owned by the business mogul Mr. Kwasi Twum on Monday 15th August 2022.
During the interview Osebo made certain revelations that many people might not know of. When he was asked how long and why he continues doing philanthropic projects, he responded by saying that he stated giving out to the poor long ago and the joy of seeing the smiles of the less privileged when helped motivates him to do more. He added that a Good Samaritan facilitated his trip to Italy in 1994 at the age of 19 when he had never dreamt of travelling abroad.
Among other things he said he perfected the craft of DJing and played in a nightclub called Paledrome in Italy. He added that the likes of Bola Ray, Albert Owuh and Billy Ocean are some of the people he helped cut their teeth as DJs when he returned in the year 1996.
The host, Roselyn Felli curiously asked how he got the name Osebo. Mr. Brown then disclosed that Apostle Kwodwo Safo kantanka, founder and leader of the Christo Asafo Mission, scientist, engineer and a well-known philanthropist give him that name probably because he had a character of a lion. He went on to say that he met Apostle for the first time in Bechem in 1986 during one of the church’s programs and he has since been a member and now an elder of the church.
The host inquired why he posts Apostle Kwodwo Safo so much on his social media platforms and he replied that he owes the man a lot for what he’s done for him and that he the apostle was his God.

With surprise written on the face of Roselyn, she asked what the man has done to warrant the status of a God in his life. “The almighty God is a living man; we worship God through human beings”. responded the fashionista. Still shocked, the host asked whether he worship the Kantanka automobile company former CEO of which he responded in the affirmative. He was however quick to refute the claim whether he sees the man of God as the second coming of Jesus Christ when asked. He added that he thinks the man is his God because of the many things he has done in his (Osebo) life.
He recounted a problem he had with the Italian police in 2019 when he was sentenced to nine months in prison for refusing to declare the amount of cash he was carrying at the airport. He said he told Apostle Safo through a friend about his arrest. According to the Zaraman, he had a dream on January 31st whiles in prison and in the dream he was visiting the washroom and the apostle appeared and asked what he was doing. As he stood speechless, Apostle then asked him to leave and when he turned to leave he woke up from the dream. Four days later on the 4th of February which was a Monday, he was discharged when he had not gone to court nor spoken to any attorney.

Trust Osebo the Zaraman to step out fully “dripped”. Clad in a black short and a white shirt with a black flying tie with Siaga leather shoe and Cartier wristwatch to match, he offered a word of advice to the youth. He admonished the youth not to rush in life, have the fear of God, respect the elderly and unconditionally show love to all. He then added that the youth should be humble so as to locate their destiny changers as he was and still is to his father Apostle Prof. Emeritus Ing Kwodwo Safo Kantanka. The host interrupted by asking whether he hired a home teacher to improve his English speaking as it wasn’t the case some time back and he disclosed that his improvement was as a result of reading a lot. He concluded by saying that God would be pleased with anyone who pleases others.
