The Controller and Accountant-General’s Department (CAGD) has announced a mop-up nationwide payroll audit (national headcount) for staff who could not participate in the earlier exercise conducted in June 2025.
This follow-up exercise is crucial for ensuring accurate payroll data and compliance across all government institutions.
Mop-Up Payroll Audit Schedule
The payroll audit mop-up has been scheduled as follows:
Date: Thursday, 21st August to Friday, 22nd August 2025
Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm daily
Venue: National Accounts Directorate Conference Room, Block A, Treasury Headquarters (Accra)
Who Must Attend?
All staff under the Government of Ghana (GoG) payroll and the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) payroll who missed the June 2025 payroll audit are required to take part in this exercise.
