On the day of a candidate’s scheduled paper, in the GES Promotional Exams, the following will be checked before the candidate is allowed to take the exam.

1.ID Card
2. Last Promotion Letter ( Original)
3. Evidence of application (online print out)
4. Master Certificate (Original) for those entering with Masters/Ph.D.
NOTE: The Master’s Certificate should have been obtained after the applicant’s last promotion date and the certificate date should be on or before 2017.
The GES PROMOTION APTITUDE TEST will ensure teachers who obtain the pass mark of at least 50% across all subjects taken are promoted to their new grades.
