January 2026 BECE Home Mock Results Released

Education-News Consult has officially released the results for the January 2026 BECE Home Mock. As candidates prepare for the main WAEC examination in May 2026, this mock serves as a critical benchmark for progress and readiness.

Understanding Your Results and the “Grade 9” Indicator

We wish to inform parents and students that while many results are live, some scripts for Mathematics, Science, and Computing are still undergoing the final upload process.

What “9” Means: If you check your results and see a “9” for any of these subjects, it indicates that the script is currently being processed or the examiner is yet to finalize the upload. It may also mean that the script was not submitted or the subject was not administered by Education-News Consult (e.g., French and Ghanaian languages).

  • Next Steps for “9” Results: Specific instructions for affected parents and students will be communicated in the twilight of the day regarding the next steps to take.

Step-by-Step Guide to Checking Results

To access your ward’s performance, follow these simple steps on our dedicated results portal:

End of Term Exams
  1. Visit the Portal: Go to https://beceprep.com/check-results.php.

  2. Enter Details: Follow the on-screen prompts to input the candidate’s index number or required credentials.

  3. View & Print: Once the dashboard loads, you can view the grades and print the result slip for your records.

New Protocols for Script Submission and Results Management: Addressing Delays and Enhancing Integrity

Some candidate scripts submitted delayed the release of results, as more than one subject was scanned and named with one of the subjects. Such papers were discovered later and would not be marked. Some students had a few or none of their scripts submitted, which aggravated the data entry challenges.

Going forward, we shall receive all scripts. To avoid situations where scripts of candidates are submitted outside the submitting date and window, effective February Mock, all scripts shall be submitted through our new systems directly on the portal. With this, we shall know exactly which parents have submitted and have not done so; all late submissions will be rejected by the system to ensure no script delays the timelines of the marking.

Parental Guidelines for Successful Submission

  • Immediate Submission: Parents are to note that submission of scripts is to be done as soon as the paper is written.
