A Reputable residential Real Estate company based in Accra has a vacancy for an Administration Officer to provide support for its business.
Job Summary
The role requires the performance of the following duties:
• Creating from scratch and maintaining an effective database and filing system
• Providing administrative support for a team of executives and staff commission when necessary
• Managing an effective Petty Cash system
• Keeping parallel documents, information and records alongside an existing entity
• Assisting in organizing marketing campaigns
• Maintaining bank statements, payment vouchers and receipts record
• Writing and presenting weekly summary reports to Executives
• Custodian of all entity documents
• General office maintenance responsibilities
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of a First 1st Degree
• Medium to high level usage of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Familiarity and usage of social media platforms
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to energetically work independently
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
