Job Vacancy For Senior Human Resource Business Partner
Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on Senior Human Resource Business Partner to be based in its Accra Offices, overseeing the day-to-day Operations in Accra.
Key Accountabilities
• Consulting with line managers and providing daily HR guidance & support.
• Analyzing trends and metrics as part of the HR leadership team.
• Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals and coordinate training delivery.
• Suggest new HR strategies for employee engagement.
• Provide proactive advice across all employee life cycle activities.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field, Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of four (5) years’ experience in a similar role
