Online SHS Admission and Enrolment Online for 2025: How to Complete

With the school placement out, parents and guardians can now complete the 2025 SHS Admission and Enrolment Online. This means that parents can, from the comfort of their homes, complete the enrolment and admission process with schools their wards have been placed in without travelling to such places.

Before you use the online admission portal, ensure that you have printed your CSSPS PLACEMENT FORM.

You have the ENROLMENT CODE from the placement form you printed online on the school placement portal. Kindly use your JHS index number to log into the system.

Parents who use the online portal for admission will be charged a small fee of GHS30 for using the system.

Let us walk you through the “How to complete 2025 SHS Admission and Enrolment Online” process.

Two reputable admission hubs, which are third-party websites that you can use, are shared below. Follow the steps provided before you click on the link to start the online admission process. In all, there are 170 schools on the online admission platform.

FIRST ONLINE PORTAL FOR ADMISSION INTO SHS

Step 1:

Step 2: Scroll down the page to the green section and select the region in which the school is located.

Step 3: Click and select the school you want to enrol in from the list.

Step 4: Proceed through the process to complete the enrolment process.

If the system is not responding or is slow, call the school contact provided on the portal.

SECOND ONLINE PORTAL FOR ADMISSION INTO SHS

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR ADMISSION ON ADMISSIONGH

1. WEBSITE ADDRESS
Open your browser and visit the address: https://admission.com

After the loading of the page, there will be a popup notice.
Read and dismiss the popup dialog box by clicking I Understand

2. SCHOOL SELECTION

• Select your placed School
• Click on Proceed To Validation
NOTE: If you don’t know your placed school; follow the listed steps;
• Click here to Search for your Placement.
• Answer the user prompt
• Enter your BECE Index number.

• Click on the Search Button

3. GET ACCESS TOKEN (SKIP TO STEP 8 IF YOU HAVE AN ACCESS TOKEN)

If you do not already have an Access Token, please click on Get Access Token to buy one.
To purchase an Access Token. Follow the steps below:
• Click on Get Access Token.
• Confirm the user prompt.
• Wait for the payment link generation, and you will be redirected to the payment site..

4. SELECT PAYMENT MODE

• Select the payment mode you want to use. Eg. MTN, Vodafone, Visa ,etc

5. SPECIFY MOBILE MONEY NUMBER FOR PAYMEENT

• Enter the mobile money number.
• click continue

NOTE: You will receive OTP (One Time PIN) on the specified mobile money number for authentication.
If you do not receive the OTP within two minutes, dail *713*90# to view the OTP on your mobile phone.

6. ENTER THE OTP (ONE TIME PIN)

• Enter the OTP in the spaces provided for verification.
• Wait for the USSD prompt on the phone.
NOTE: After the mobile money number have been authenticated. You will be prompt on your phone to enter your Mobile Money PIN.

NOTE: If the prompt does not appear on your mobile phone within one minute. Go to Approvals in your Mobile Money menu on your phone to approve the transaction.
7. PIN PROMPT (ON YOUR MOBILE PHONE)

After confirming the transaction by entering your PIN; you will receive your payment receipt and Access Token via SMS.

8. SYSTEM LOGIN

• Enter your BECE Index No.
• Enter your Access Token received via SMS.
• Click on Validate User Access.

9. ENROLMENT PAGE

• Enter your enrolment code
• Enter parents phone number.
• Click on Enroll Me.

10. PERSONAL RECORDS

• Fill in your Personal Record.
• Click Save to Proceed.

11. DOWNLOADS

NOTE: Download all the listed documents on the download page.
When done with the downloads, please click on the Exit to close the application.

12. DASHBOARD
When you log in to the system again, you will be redirected to the dashboard.

Use the listed commands to perform various stated actions.

NOTE: Change Appointment date will not be available if you don’t have any active appointments.

13. ADDITIONAL INFO
a. If you have paid for an Access Token and it has not been delivered, please use the Recover Access Token option on the login page to recover it.

• Click Recover Access Token.

• Enter your receipt No.
• Click Search.

NOTE: IF YOU DON’T HAVE A RECEIPT NUMBER

• Click Don’t have Receipt No.
• Enter you the mobile money number used to pay for the Token
• Click Request Resend

This platform is an alternative means for admission processing to save you TRAVELLING and QUEUING in processing your admission.
It does not REPLACE the conventional method of admission processing in senior high schools.
A processing fee applies if you choose to use this platform.
You may also process admission manually at the school premises.

Visiting the School Is A Must

Even if a school has an online portal, it is highly recommended to visit the school before the official reopening date. Visiting the school helps you:

Familiarise yourself with the environment.
Pick up any additional physical forms that are not available online.
Get the school’s official brochure, which contains rules and regulations.
Confirm all the items on the prospectus.
