Failure is part of the learning curve for those who aspire to be great and successful.

She is a living testimony that motivation gives inspiration. She was shown the exit in her first job as an anchor in Baltimore.

Then she inspired herself to change her story. She created her own TV channel.

During a speech in 2013, she said “There is no such thing as failure. Failure is just life trying to move us in another direction.”

You survived as sperm, get to winning ways now this is not the time to give up when you have what it takes to rise again and win.

That is the mindset of successful people and those who want to be successful like you and I must think the same way.

Elbert Hubbard once said, “There is no failure except in no longer trying.” If he had given up, he would have lost the fame that he is enjoying several years after his death.

Sir James Dyson failed yet, he kept working hard and 15 years later he created finally the eponymous best-selling bagless vacuum cleaner.

Steven Spielberg knew what it meant to fail big time, yet he kept rising after every fall. Dare to rise again

He suffered humiliating rejections as his admission into the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts was rejected.

However, his desire never to give up has made him a blockbuster movie expert.

If Thomas Edison never gave up even when his teachers said he was ‘too stupid to learn anything, who are you to dare to say it is over or I am no longer chasing this dream.

The African proverb “If you want to get to the top, ask those who have been there before” is the reality.

What limitations have you put on your brain to induce your inner being to see yourself as a non-achiever or failure?

Negative thoughts and mindset lead you onto a head-on collision with lives unwarranted challenges on your way to success. It can lead you where you want it to take you.

“I can’t do it” is more poisonous than a serpent from the Amazon forest.

To dream is to have a mental picture of reality in mind to succeed implies taking actions that result in little success that accumulate into a giant strive.

Feed your mind with big dreams. Of what use is a scanty dream?

Instead of encouraging negative energy and mindset, challenge your mind every morning to believe in your ability to succeed.

Instead of crying for failing, tell yourself, you are not done yet.

I challenge you to drop that and recondition your mind for success.

The price to pay for good things is toil, sacrifice, positive mentality, big dreams, and positive actions and decisions.

That negative mindset must end here and now.

Motivation means it is possible 

Disappoint the world by giving up, that ambition that looks challenging and you would have disappointed the world forever.

Your brain is limitless, your vision is achievable, your dream must move from the mind into actionable steps.
