1. Bulgarian Government Scholarships
The Bulgarian government gives financial aid to EU and EEA nationals. These scholarships are partially sponsored and are intended for Bulgarian-proficient students. Bulgaria’s tuition fees are among the lowest in Europe.
2. OppU Achievers Scholarships.

3. American University Scholarships.
Applicants who require financial assistance for their higher study at American colleges will be awarded Need-Based Scholarships. The Gibson Black Sea Award is open to students from Ukraine, Turkey, Georgia, and Romania. This scholarship is worth up to $5,000 per month. Students from Turkey, Georgia, and Romania studying at an American university are eligible for the Pride Campaign Award, which is worth $3,000.
Philhellene Scholarships for Greek Citizens. The grant is worth up to $2,000 for the first year of studies.
