As part of efforts to make health education and training accessible to many Ghanaian youth, the government has reduced the cost of the 2025/2026 Nursing Training Admission Forms.
Per information available to this NewsGhana24 portal, the cost of the form has been slashed from GHS200.00 to GHS150.00.
The forms can be purchased either online with MoMo or at a bank.
What are the steps for purchasing the Nursing Training Admission Forms?
Step one: Purchase the admission voucher at any of the GCB or ADB banking halls all over the country for GHS150.00
Step Two: Once you secure the voucher, use the PIN and a serial number to log onto the admission portal and fill out the forms.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL NURSING PROGRAMMES
PROGRAMMES:
i. Registered General Nursing (RGN)
ii. Registered Midwifery (RM)
iii. Public Health Nursing (PHN)
iv. Registered Mental Nursing (RMN)
v. Registered Community Psychiatry Nursing (RCPN)
Entry Requirements for Ghanaian Nationals:
An Aggregate Score of thirty – six (36) or better comprising (A1 – C6) in three (3) Core Subjects i.e. ENGLISH,
MATHEMATICS and INTEGRATED SCIENCE/ADDITIONAL MATHEMATICS/BIOLOGY and in three
elective Subjects (A1 – C6) in any of the following programmes itemized below.
NB:
Applicants must be 16- 35 years old
Applicants should have their certificate and transcript interpreted by GTEC and WAEC.

How To Apply For 2025-2026 Nursing Training Admission
- Purchase a voucher for GH150.00 from GCB or ADB
- Visit ‘healthtraining.gov.gh to start filling the admission form.
- On the site Click on APPLY located on top of this page
- Enter serial and pin found on voucher you purchased online or from the bank
- Fill out the form with your details with the required information.
- Attach certificate/s and a passport-size photo as required on the admission portal.
- Submit and print-out application summary
