Teacher Kwadwo Could Be Back Within Weeks Or Gone For Good

Teacher Kwadwo Could Be Back Within Weeks Or Gone For Good…Well read the full piece and make your judgment as well.

A philanthropic teacher Kwadwo was recently ‘fired’ by management of Ghana Education Service (GES) in the absence of the Governing Council using a disciplinary report which says it is only the Governing Council of GES that can fire any employee of GES. The disciplinary report did say that, teacher Kwadwo “should stay away’ from GES until the Governing Council of GES is constituted to determine the faith of teacher Kwadwo.

Interestingly, the Governing Council is constituted exactly about a month after the ‘firing’ of teacher Kwadwo. This development presents the opportunity for the final determination of teacher Kwadwo’s faith as teacher within Ghana Education Service. Presumably there are four possible outcomes that could result from the deliberations by the council on teacher Kwadwo’s issue. He could be permanently fired, reinstated on his current rank or reduced in rank or transfered to a place considered as a punishment in nature.

Teacher Kwadwo’s side of the story would be fresh in people’s mind and they will be watching with keen interest the verdict of the Governing Council

What is unclear is the speed at which the Governing Council would attend to teacher Kwadwo’s issue.
