All is set for the 2022 teacher promotion exam examination slated for December 19th and 20th, 202. Ahead of the examination, teachers who have registered for the impending NTC-administered promotional exams are looking forward to the release of the 2022 teacher promotion exams index numbers.

The 2022 teacher promotion exam index numbers are not yet out, but you need to be informed of what to do in case the index numbers are released, but you do not receive yours.

The management of the Ghana Education Service is expected to release the index numbers for each of the candidates for the respective examination centres in the coming weeks.
The index numbers and the exam centres for the 2022 GES promotion aptitude test examination are expected to be communicated to candidates who registered for the impending exams in the form of text messages.
Promotion due GES staff who have registered for the exam would be notified through bulk text messages, however, where an individual or candidate does not receive the text message containing his or her index number, it might mean that that candidate does not have his name or details within the database for the December 2022 examination.
However, in instances where a staff of the GES who has registered for the promotional exams does not receive a text message indicating his or her index number, it will be prudent that such personnel reports to the Regional Head office as well as the immediate Education Directorate with his or her Staff ID as proof or a print-out the registration details from the online registration portal to enable him or her get the index number for the examination.
Where the candidate was officially issued with an index number but he or she did not receive it through the bulk text message, the officers at post would ensure that that person is furnished with the index number to enable him or her to partake in the 2022 GES promotional exams.

2. Click on eVoucher Card and Select Promotions
3. Enter Staff ID to confirm Staff’s promotion
4. Fill in the appropriate details for payment
4. Proceed to the Promotions Result Page and select your Staff Type, enter your Staff ID and eVoucher number to view and print your promotion letter.
