2021 SHS selection process: GES Sends JHS graduates important notice
The Ghana Education Service, GES has sent an important notice to all JHS graduates on the SHS selection process which commences after the 2021 BECE.
According to the GES, it will organise a series of sensitization programmes on the Senior High School (SHS) selection process for candidates in the just-ended Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). It also called on parents not to send their BECE graduates on vacation since the school selection will require the graduates to be present.
The SHS selection sensitization is expected to be a week-long programme and is scheduled to commence on Monday, November 22, 2021, across all the Municipalities and Districts.
Mr Nathaniel N-yaaba, the Upper East Regional Public Relations Officer (PRO) while speaking to GNA on the 2021 SHS selection process during an interview in Bolgatanga, advised the Junior High School (JHS) graduates not to travel to Southern Ghana as it was the case among most JHS students after the BECE.
