What is the 2022 BECE results release date?

The fact is, at the time of this publication, WAEC has been tight lip and have not disclosed the exact date it will be releasing the BECE results. However, it is very certain the examination outcome for candidates will be released by the end of January. If it delays, that will be in the first week in February 2022. This is because the GES has released the academic calendar for secondary schools. SHS1 students will report to school on 20th February 2023.

Is the GES going to use the aggregate 25 cut off point?

Since 2017, the GES abolished the use of aggregate cut off points for placing BECE graduates in secondary schools. Instead, it uses the raw scores obtained by candidates in the core subjects (Mathematics, Integrated Science, English and Social Studies) plus the raw scores from two other best subjects.

We can say that, GES will not use the much talked about aggregate 25 cut off point.

Do you think I will pass the 2022 BECE?

This question from BECE candidates is difficult to answer because, we are GhanaEducation.org do not know the academic capabilities of BECE candidates, we also do not know answers they wrote in the examination hall and how accurately they articulated them in their answer booklets hence we cannot answer this question with any confidence. At best, candidates must be able to tell what they put out as answers and whether they will pass or not.

What is the best aggregate for gaining admission into Free SHS?

Every year, BECE candidates compete for placement into any of their chosen schools. Each school you choose has its own competition, each programme you choose has a competition you have to battle through to get placed. In some instances, the accommodation option can create competition. Often there is more competition when it comes to boarding than day for most schools, unless the school is purely a day school.

I want to buy BECE result Checker, where can I get some?

Ghana Education News  sells genuine 2022 BECE results checker cards however, sales will only start a week or so to the release of the BECE. If you buy any checkers now, they may not work. Again, note that, the BECE result checker is different from the one used by WASSCE candidates. Be careful no one sells WASSCE checkers to use for BECE results because, it will not work.
