At the time of this publication, the 2022 WASSCE results release which was expected on November 30th, 2022 had not been done. WAEC informed the public on 22nd November that it had projected to release the results on the 30th.
Its failure to release the 2022 WASSCE results has caused students, parents, and other stakeholders a lot of unnecessary stress. Students have been attempting to check their results without success, and the Council has also not given any official update as far as Ghana Education News is aware.
Unfortunately, students have been checking their results on the portal with their newly acquired result checkers. Each effort to access the result returns a message “Invalid pin” among others.
It will be prudent on the part of WAEC as a key stakeholder to keep the public informed of its next line of action and provide a definite date for the release of the results. Students have been emotionally and mentally stressed in the last 48 hours. The last 24 hours have been a tough time for many of them, who have become overly anxious to check their results.
