The US Dollar to Ghanaian Cedis exchange rate is out for the day as the selling price prices remain stable per the interbank rates after the Christmas Holidays.

The Ghana Cedi is at the Mercy of the Dollar as businesses resume from the the holidays. The selling price is up for the three major currencies as they continue to gain marginally against the cedi but this is not reflected by the interbank rates quoted by the BoG.
The interbank rates of the Bank of Ghana remain relatively low as a dollar sells at Ghs8.3072 but rates from the four top banks as quoted by cedi rates paint a gloomy picture for the cedi which is expected to however bounced back.

Per the rates quoted for the dollar by Cedi Rates

At the GCB, the Buy rate for the dollar was 9.00 and the sell rate was GHS11.85

At the Stanbic Bank, the Buy rate for the dollar was 8.50 and the sell rate was GHS10.50

At the ABSA, the Buy rate for the dollar was 8.50 and the sell rate was GHS10.70

At the Fidelity Bank, the Buy rate for the dollar was 8.70 and the sell rate was GHS10.60

At the CalBank, the Buy rate for the dollar was 8.25 and the sell rate was GHS11.50

At the Binance P2P, the Buy rate for the dollar was 10.82 and the sell rate was GHS10.84

Note that the Forex Bureaus quote exchange rates higher than the Bank of Ghana Interbank rates quoted just as the banks.
