The 2026 BECE Exam Irregularity Portal Is Live. Schools, candidates, parents, and all stakeholders can check the exam malpractice results and updates now.
WAEC has activated its Irregularity Portal for BECE candidates, where they can check if they have been flagged for any examination malpractice.
This portal, introduced by WAEC three years ago, is dedicated to publishing the names of schools and candidates suspected of engaging in examination irregularities. Students and schools listed on the portal will not have their results released on the main BECE results portal until WAEC completes its investigations and clears them of any wrongdoing.
Both schools and candidates are required to visit the portal and enter their school or index numbers.
If a school finds its name on the portal after entering its official details, it means the school is under investigation by WAEC for alleged offenses, such as mass cheating. Consequently, the names and index numbers of students from that school who are also suspected of malpractice will be published on the portal.
Every student, parent, teacher, and school administrator should visit this portal consistently to check for updates. WAEC will continue to update the Exam Irregularity Portal until all suspected schools and candidates are captured.

If your status shows “No malpractice record uploaded for this candidate at the moment,” it means there is currently no malpractice record associated with your details. If a malpractice record is displayed, follow the provided instructions or contact your school or the nearest WAEC office for guidance.
