  1. There is no depth in this your piece just prose no statistics to back up your assessment of the countries armed forces. What makes an armed force. Quality of man power, equipment and battle capabilities due to fighting experience. It is also wrong to put north Africa as part of Africa. They are Africans by geography but by ideology they are Arabs and their allegiance is more to Arab than to Africa.
