What is the WASSCE 2024 timetable release date?
No one currently knows the date on which WAEC will officially release the timetable. WAEC itself does not indicate on which date it will release the timetables for its examinations.
In a related development, the 2024 WASSCE and BECE Rules according to WAEC have been released for candidates.
Per the rules, the following constitutes a breach of the rules for the two examinations:.
- Having inscriptions on any part of the body or clothing
- Posting live questions on the Internet
- Refusal to grant timely access to the school premises
- Misconduct of examination officials
- Multiple registrations of candidates
Candidates are therefore advised to ensure that they are convinced or tempted to engage in any of these acts or any other acts that may be described by WAEC as cheating since their results will be at risk and may be withheld by WAEC.
It will be prudent that schools and parents also caution their candidates and children preparing for the two examinations.
Schools that intend to engage in what WAEC has described as mass cheating must desist from such acts.
It is also an examination offence for any student to have foreknowledge of the examination questions in any form prior to the administration of the questions.
Candidates should also note that if any form of blank piece of paper, cribs, notes, textbooks, prepared material or any other printed material, mobile phone, or any other electronic communication device is found on them, they will be deemed to have breached the rules of the examination.
