The 2025 school placement under the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) has been released. In a press release by thee Ghana Education Service (GES) dated 17th September, released at 9 pm, it officially anounced the release of the 2025 Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results have been released.

The Ghana Education Service (GES) further directed all Regional Directors of Education to communicate this information promptly to all District Directors of Education and Heads of schools within their jurisdictions.

How to Check Your Placement

  1. Go to the official CSSPS portal: www.cssps.gov.gh.

  2. Click on “Check SHS/TVET Placement Status”.

  3. Enter your BECE index number and add 25 and Date of Birth. Ensure your index number is correct—errors here can cause misplacement.

  4. Submit, wait for the system to load your placement details.

  5. Verify everything: Your name, gender, school code, programme code, and selected/assigned school.

Self-Placement Option
