Step 1: The Indexing Process (Fresh Candidates Only)
Before you can even begin your registration, the NTC states that “Fresh candidates shall be indexed before registering for the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination”.
Check Status: Visit indexing.ntc.gov.gh to confirm if your training institution has uploaded your details.
Pay Indexing Fee: If uploaded, pay the GH₵ 50.00 indexing fee via *772*51# on all networks or at any Prudential Bank Ltd branch.
Verify: Log in to the indexing portal using the number received via SMS to verify your details.
Step 2: Payment for Examination Vouchers
Once indexed, or if you are a re-sit candidate, you must purchase your registration voucher.
