Strategic Leadership Training Programe – Grab This Professional Training

Prestige HR Consult as part of its strategy to develop the human capital in organizations towards well planned and lead organizational growth, is organizing Strategic Leadership Training for managers and leaders at all levels within organizations.

The 2-day training would among other things managers on how to identify opportunities and challenges and how people in leadership can develop a viable course of action towards the implementation of their strategies.
