“He Is Out Of This World” – Fmr. PSG Player Praises Lionel Messi
After a rough initial season, the renowned striker has been in stunning form for Parisiens. In 15 matches in all competitions, Messi has scored nine goals and assisted 10 for the French champions.
The Argentine attacker has been in ominous form ahead of his sixth and last FIFA World Cup, which begins in less than a month. In a Diario interview, Domenech, who led France to the 2006 World Cup final before losing to Italy on penalties, praised Messi.
“I think Messi is the best player ever. He does everything unseen. He’s unique.”
In Christophe Galtier’s approach, Messi has formed a lethal partnership with Kylian Mbappe and Neymar.
Javier Pastore thinks Lionel Messi “found his niche” at PSG.
Pastore, a former PSG playmaker, too praised Messi’s effect this season, saying he has bonded with the squad.

I follow all his matches, and he’s been performing well since the season started. He plays. I expected this. I believe he’s found his spot on the field and connected with the team.”
Pastore said that Messi was not entirely focused on the team last season:
Last year he wasn’t 100% physically, but this season he’s doing great. More was needed. We see him physically and emotionally ready for major bouts. It’s repositioned too. He’s a playmaker who finishes.”
“He plays to score and help the team. It chains the one-two on the right and left. Because he is smart, he knew he had to modify his game. He can now influence the game anywhere.”
