Meet the military officer, who was adjudged best farmer for LaDMA Municipality

Integrity, discipline, and hard work are still the most important things to the Ghana armed forces.

The 38th National Farmer’s Day celebration in Ghana, which will take place on Friday, December 2, 2022, will be a copy of these core values.

At the La Dade-Kotopon Municipal Assembly (LaDMA) National Farmers Day celebration, which was held at the International Trade Fair Centre in Accra on the theme “Accelerating agricultural development through value addition,” Brigadier General Albert Dawohoso was named the best farmer for the La Dade-Kotopon Municipal Assembly (LaDMA).

During the ceremony, he was recognized as the best farmer in the municipality for his great work in the farming industry.

The Ghanaian Times newspaper says that, among other things, he was given a royal 150cc motorcycle, a Knapsack sprayer, and a certificate in honor of his important contributions to the growth of the sector.

Brigadier General Albert Dawohoso is the Assistant Commandant (ASCOM) of the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College’s Junior Division (GAFCSC).

He was also in charge of the North Sector of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) and was in charge of a group of soldiers.

Since Ghana’s independence, the Ghana Armed Forces have had two main goals: to protect Ghana’s borders from foreign attacks and to keep the country safe.

The Ministry of Defence, which is in charge of the Ghana Armed forces, wants to keep the Armed forces in a high state of readiness for national and international engagements and be actively involved in promoting peace and stability in the country and the sub-region.

In order to do this, the ministry is guided by the following goals: improving defense policy and control, improving combat readiness, supporting national efforts to change the way the economy works so that it can grow, and speeding up the reduction of poverty.
