Job Vacancy For Investment Banking Analyst

An investment banking company and laboratory is hiring the following personnel: Investment Banking Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare deal book, proposals, information memorandum and other marketing pitches with the aim of winning a mandate
• Handle due diligence exercises both from the buyer and seller side and preparation of due diligence reports in respect of proposed acquisitions
• Putting together business plan and analyse Business financial statements

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of second-class lower division.
• Master’s degree (would be regarded)
• Ghana Stock Exchange Certificate is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking or Financial consulting
