Job Description:

• The Human Resource officer will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Should possess leadership to control and discipline workers, also be good at multitasking

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree
• BSc/BA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Proven experience as an HR minimum 3 years
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
• Fluency in English required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Proven problem-solving
• working experience in managing a workforce and experience in restaurant work is a PLUS
