The presiding judge, Fred Obikyere, agreed with the prosecution and denied the bail application despite the defense’s plea.
Lawyer Evans Amankwaa, who represents Avoliya, expressed disappointment with the ruling and emphasized that the NDC and its members will not be intimidated.
