Bryan Acheampong is a well-known figure in Ghanaian politics, having served as a Member of Parliament for the Abetifi Constituency, as well as a former Minister of State at the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of National Security.
He is currently the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Foreign Affairs, a member of the Defence and Interior Committee, the Appointments Committee, and the Selection Committee.
Aside from his political career, Acheampong is also a successful entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in Agriculture, Technology, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Media.

A retired soldier of the US Air Force, Acheampong received training in Anti-Terrorism, Force Protection, Laws of Armed Conflict, Conventional Defence Training, Weapons, Small Arms, and Fuels. He is a member of the Security Institute, a member of security professionals.
As an Adjunct Lecturer in Electronic Business at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Acheampong has shared his knowledge with students in the field of business. He also founded the Bryan Acheampong Foundation, which focuses on Agriculture, Poverty Reduction, Health, and Education programs.
