Job Vacancy For IT Manager

Our client is an International Group into Logistics and Manufacturing Operations with Offices in Ghana. The company now seeks a high calibre IT Manager at the Accra Office.

Job Summary

• Oversee internal and external day-to-day IT operations, providing overall management of technology vendor(s), developing the IT governance model.
• Designs the architecture for complex systems with constantly evolving requirements.
• Provide strategic direction and vision to direct the overall design of technology platform to ensure that ’s current and future business goals can be met.
• Creating and updating IT policies and procedures based on industry best practices.
• Planning, designing, and implementing new computer hardware or software systems
• Supervise IT staff such as application support, systems administrator, and network administrator

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree in IT or technical discipline with 8 years of working experience.
• 5 years’ experience in managing an IT function/activity within a logistics or manufacturing sector.
• ITIL Framework understanding with a minimal level of ITIL V3 certification.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and how business systems integrate
