Role Profile

• To provide overall leadership, co-ordination, guidance and supervision in the management of the company
• To lead a team of professionals and support staff to accomplish the vision and mission of the company

Major Responsibilities

• To develop and implement corporate strategic plan and ensure effective running of the company
• To plan, lead organise and control all resources of the company i.e Human and Financial
• To lead the company in expansion and development

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Master’s Degree from a recognised institution or qualification of a recognised professional body with not less than 5 years experience in a management, marketing, business administration / management will be an advantage
• First Degree in building technology or land economy supported by a postgraduate certificate / Diploma / Degree in Management with on-the-job experience of not less than 10 years in a management position
• Proficiency in more than one Ghanaian language would be an added advantage
