The National Council of Private School Teachers (NCOPST) wishes to inform all Private School operators that teachers are to use the old syllabus in instructing the current B7 pupils.
This directive for teachers to use the old syllabus for JHS1 is based on the information disclosed by the Honourable Minister of Education.
Meanwhile, NCOPST has confirmed from NaCCA that the New Curriculum will take off from the next academic year so all schools should use the old syllabus for the current B7 pupils.
NCOPST has in stock approved textbooks for Primary schools and interested schools and parents can reach out to the council for the necessary assistance.
Management of NCOPST is calling on school owners and headmasters to register their teachers with the National Council of Private School Teachers to assist them to acquire Teacher License, take them through the required CPDs, help them renew their Teacher License, qualify them to enjoy from the private school teachers Education fund and allow schools to also benefit from the Council’s school exchange programmes and fundraising system (crowdfunding system) to finance ongoing school projects.
